The CLP ruled for so long, so powerfully and largely, so well in the Northern Territory, until the Labor Party replaced it. And then the electorate again rejected the CLP lock, stock and barrel. But that does not mean after this latest terrible decimation, that conservative aspirations are dead in the Territory.
